assist in all non-police emergencies, and will be able to contact
Susan if needed.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

2. If your mortgage company is asking you for proof of insurance,

3.  You may be entitled to a homeowner's insurance credit because of
Parkside's Fire Alarm Monitoring system:

4. Please be mindful of the rules and regulations of our condo.  They
are put in place to protect the common areas and for the safety of the
residents.  REMEMBER, a fine of $100. will be assessed per violation.  
This includes propping the front door open with objects. So please
review the current rules:

5. Remember that maintenance fees are de and payable before the 5th
day of each month.  If you would like to set up your account for
Office Hours:
Office hours are Mon - Fri 9am to 5pm.

Susan Thomas, our Community Association Manager is available
during office hours to assist you in scheduling all moves or
deliveries.  Please remember that the elevator must be reserved
and padded for all moves.  A 48 hour notice is required.

Also, please report any maintenance concerns you may see
around the building, so Susan can schedule Tony's time for
repairs.
