AGENDA

The Board ratified the 2010 budget, during the October
Board Meeting.  You will see approximately a 2.25%
increase in your maintenance fees.

ignore your coupon booklet.  The auto debit process will
continue as normal.  If you want to sign up for auto debit,
see Debbie for the debit forms.

To report after hours non-emergency problems requiring Police
dispatch, please call the Tampa Police Non-Emergency number:
(813) 231-6130.

To report after hours Non-Police emergencies, please call the
Greenacre help line: (813)600-1100.  A Greenacre Associate will
assist in all non-police emergencies, and will be able to contact
Debbie if needed.

Office hours are Mon - Fri 9am to 5pm.

Debbie Sainz, our Community Association Manager is available
during office hours to assist you in scheduling all moves or
deliveries.  Please remember that the elevator must be reserved
and padded for all moves.  A 48 hour notice is required.

Also, please report any maintenance concerns you may see
around the building, so Debbie can schedule Tony's time for
repairs.

2.. If your mortgage company is asking you for proof of
flood insurance,

Certificate.  Also, click here to print our Wind Mitigation
Form, which may help reduce your homeowners ins.

3. Please be mindful of the rules and regulations of our
condo.  They are put in place to protect the common areas
and for the safety of the residents.  REMEMBER, a fine of
$100. will be assessed per violation.  
This includes
propping the front door open with objects
. So please
review the current
Master Rules and Move-in/Move-out
rules.

4. Maintenance fees are due and payable before the 5th day
of every month.  If you would like to set up your account
for auto debit, please see Debbie for the necessary forms.

Notice of the annual meeting and elections will
be mailed out by Aug 20th....be on the look out.
