As of June 16th, 2009, the following documents have been added
or updated by the Board of Directors:

1) Master Rules - adopted July 28, 2009 - Amended Oct, 2010.
These are the amended rules as distributed to all owners, and take
precedence over all previous rules documents.

2)  
Lease Addendum - Updated addendum to be submitted with all
residential leases.  Amended on 7/28/09 to include collection of
$500.
for all new lease agreements.

3)  
Lease Approval form - acknowledgement of all lease documents.

4)  
Collection Policy - Updated policy for the collection of delinquent
accounts

5)
 Records Inspection Policy Amended May 2011 - New policy for
residents to view records

6)
Records Destruction Policy - Approved May 2011

7)
 Independent Contractor Agreement - New requirement to hire
Association staff for personal use


8)
Resolution Regarding Written Inquiries - Rules on requesting
information from Association Board or Management
