As of June 16th, 2009, the following documents have been added or updated by the Board of Directors:
1) Master Rules - adopted July 28, 2009 - Amended Oct, 2010. These are the amended rules as distributed to all owners, and take precedence over all previous rules documents.
2) Lease Addendum - Updated addendum to be submitted with all residential leases. Amended on 7/28/09 to include collection of $500. for all new lease agreements.
